Together we make the difference
Werkse! is Strong in work and together with our partners we are even stronger. In Delft to have We have an important task together: reducing poverty and improving the health and well-being of residents.

Municipality of Delft and regional municipalities
We have a lot of contact with the municipality of Delft, where people apply for benefits from the Participation Act (social assistance). To help people find work, the municipality refers everyone to Werkse!. With the municipalities of Midden-Delfland, Rijswijk, Lansingerland and Pijnacker-Nootdorp werkt Werkse! also sam.

UWV
Residents can contact the UWV for a Unemployment benefit (WW) if they are at risk of losing their jobs. UWV and Werkse! working together to everybody to help and keep working, in order to ensure that people not in the Participation Act. Furthermore, people with a work disability can contact the UWV for an indication.

Social partners
There are often several organizations that offer support to residents who Werkse! com. Werkse! helps People with their development towards work. For other areas, such as education, finance, housing, welfare, healthcare, and daytime activities, we collaborate with social partners.

Reintegration companies
To help more people into work, Werkse! many together with local reintegration companies. Such as Perspective, Stunt Foundation, Mental Health Goal, Company of Outside en Biesland FarmThe last four also work together locally under the name Good job.

Workable
Werkwaardig is the employer network in Delft/Rijswijk and the surrounding area that is committed to an inclusive labor market and corporate social responsibility. It's all about people. Workable brings passionate people together with meetings where knowledge, inspiration and fun are central. And goes for a labor market where there is room for everyone.
Looking back at the Werkse! anniversary year
2023 was a special year for Werkse! We celebrated our 95th anniversary in all sorts of ways, from a cake for all employees to the "Festival for Inclusion" and the Open House. Thanks to all the partners, colleagues, and stakeholders who made the anniversary year a success!
