Discover your talents at the Startpunt

The Startpunt (Start Point) identifies your skills, qualities, and opportunities in the job market. This way, you'll learn more about your strengths, what suits you best, and what you can still improve. After the Startpunt, you'll know what your next step will be.

You work 96 hours, spread over a number of weeks, in a production department at Werkse!During your workdays, you'll be invited to participate in other Startpunt components. These include (digital) tests and games. After each component, you'll have a final interview and receive a report with all the information. Read more about all the Startpunt components below.

During your workdays, we'll gain more insight into your employee skills. Think of following work instructions, collaborating, and maintaining a work rhythm. We'll also invite you to assess your employee skills yourself. This way, you can indicate what you think you're good at and where you still need to learn.

Just like everyone else, you have talents. Through various games and computer questions, we'll discover more about these talents and who you are as a person.

Three skills tests provide even more insight into your strengths and weaknesses. For example, we'll ask you to assemble and sort something.

In this section, we'll assess your physical condition, flexibility, and strength. You'll do a series of exercises with a trainer.

Experience multiple work environments and job types with our VR headset. Which career suits you? With the VR headset, you can experience it for yourself.

In this final meeting, we'll explain the findings from each component. You'll receive a report with all the information. Together, we'll discuss your next steps.
