What do we mean by 'digitalization'?

Clean up and prepare for scanning
First, we prepare the documents for scanning. We remove anything that might be in the way, such as staples, strips, plastic, and paperclips. We properly dispose of anything that isn't digitized.

Stacking documents
We then create stacks of the remaining documents. We ensure that different types of documents are kept separate. We place cover sheets with barcodes between the files and divider sheets between the documents. This allows the specialized software to easily recognize the documents.

Scan documents
When the documents are ready, we scan them. Werkse! has various scanners for documents from A0+ to A4. We also have specialized scanners for A3, large formats, A2 flatbed, and books. You choose whether you want the files as JPG or PDF. To ensure searchability in your document management system, we ensure proper naming and indexing. We then save the documents to your system. Our staff is supported in these tasks by specialized software.

Our employees are detail-oriented and proactive. They prioritize quality and continuously develop themselves. For example, employees regularly participate in training courses, for example, in personal skills.

We always deliver customized solutions and work carefully with modern equipment. Documents, including metadata, can be exported to any management system.
