With the Green & Environment vocational school, we invest heavily in the development of our employees. Employees develop important employee skills. These skills are based on the Good Employeeship quality mark from MKB Nederland (SME Netherlands). Think of collaboration, independence, and language skills. In addition to employee skills, employees learn basic skills at MBO 1 and 2 levels, such as maintenance of materials and resources, transport of products and resources, and care and maintenance of the living environment. Employees can obtain their MBO 1 certificates and recognized vocational certificates such as VCA (Safety, Health and Environment Checklist Contractors), brush cutter, and hedge trimmer. These can be obtained through various routes – in practice or in the classroom. This allows everyone to learn a trade in their own way.
