We invest heavily in our employees through our Logistics vocational school. We ensure that our employees always work safely, with the right equipment, and in accordance with the latest developments in the field.

At the Logistics vocational school, employees develop essential employee skills. These skills are based on the Good Employeeship quality mark from MKB Nederland (SME Netherlands). These skills include collaboration, independence, and language skills. In addition to employee skills, employees learn basic skills at MBO 1 and 2 levels and vocational courses with recognized certifications, such as the VCA certificate and forklift certificate.
