Good news for SMEs looking to make work more accessible: starting October 1, 2025, subsidies will be available for inclusive technology. Think of tools like VR headsets for training, speech-to-text software, or an exoskeleton in the workplace. Implementation advice is also covered by the scheme.

The subsidy is intended for companies with up to 250 employees and an annual turnover of up to €50 million. The first application period runs from October 1st to November 28th, 2025. Registration is open from September 15th via the Policy Implementation (UVB) Subsidy Portal.

Werkse! We'd love to help you: which technology suits your employees, how do you attract new talent, and what do you need to get started? You'll find practical examples on our website, and we'd be happy to brainstorm with you. Send an email to wsp@werkse.nl for a free consultation.
