Which schemes can you use?

If you go through Werkse! When recruiting an employee, you can often take advantage of favorable schemes. Below are some frequently used schemes. Contact one of our account managers for advice on which scheme best suits your organization.

Trial Placement

The trial placement is a way to determine whether there's a good match between job seeker and employer. Job seekers can gain practical experience, and the employer assumes no risk, as no salary is paid.

Wage cost benefits (LKVs)

Wage cost benefits are annual allowances for employers that are settled through the Tax Authorities. More information about Wage cost benefits can be found on the Tax Authorities website or via one of the account managers. Werkse!.

Vocational schools

The vocational schools of Werkse! offer employers a unique opportunity to contribute to an inclusive labor market. By offering an internship, work experience placement, or development position, you're not only investing in corporate social responsibility but also in the future of employees with the right basic and professional skills. We train participants in practical situations, focusing on their talents and the needs of your sector.

Entrepreneurs in various sectors play a key role in the success of our vocational schools. We'd love to discuss this with you. By working together, we offer participants a realistic learning path and job prospects. After graduating from vocational school, they move on to work – potentially with you as an employer.

Development job

In a development role, people can gain experience, make mistakes, fix things, learn, and experiment. Employees don't have to be proficient in the work yet and learn to speak up if something bothers them. Werkse! guides employees through a developmental path within one of our work-study companies. The next step is a job with an employer. The entire program lasts three years, providing an excellent opportunity for both the employee and the employer to learn a lot about each other and the work.
