How does it work?

The account managers of Werkse! We'll help you determine which tools best suit your staffing needs. We'll explain the options in a consultation and help you with your application.

Features

  • With a trial placement you can investigate whether there is a good match between the job seeker and the employer, without financial risk.
  • A work experience placement offers a job seeker the opportunity to gain work experience.
  • A wage cost subsidy is a compensation for the employer of an employee who is not (yet) fully deployable.

Regulations & subsidies

  • Wage cost benefits (LKVs)

Wage cost benefits are annual allowances for employers that are settled through the Tax Authorities. More information about Wage cost benefits can be found on the Tax Authorities website or via one of the account managers. Werkse!.

  • No-risk policy

The no-risk policy insures employees with disabilities against absences due to illness. This reduces the risk of high costs for employers when someone is absent. More information about this policy can be found at Dennis Instrument Guide.

  • Adjusting the workplace

Workplace adaptations make working possible. Examples include a special office chair, a stairlift, reading glasses, and an exoskeleton. Reimbursements are also available for assistive devices such as a wheelchair taxi, translation device, and sign language interpreter.

  • job coaching

Is a colleague starting who needs some extra guidance on the work floor? Werkse! can provide support in the form of job coaching. The job coach supports the new employee during the onboarding period and monitors whether workplace adjustments or assistive devices are needed.

  • Training for managers

Werkse! provides training for managers. How do you deal with common (behavioral) problems among employees? How do you ensure a pleasant and long-lasting collaboration? The trainers of Werkse! are experts in this field and are happy to pass on that knowledge.

  • SROI

SROI (Social Return On Investment) is a government program designed to create more sustainable workplaces for people in a vulnerable position in the labor market. If the contract value exceeds €221.000, you, as a contractor for government services, are required to allocate a portion to social return. The advisors of Werkse! We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
