Gourmet Catering

Werkse! has a professional catering team. Preparing meals, shopping, making coffee like a true barista, and hosting drinks: our staff does it all. They follow a training program through the catering school to master all the skills of the trade. Learning to cut, prepare food according to HACCP guidelines, and run the cash register—it's all covered. They put these skills into practice in the canteen. Werkse! or at companies where our employees ultimately go to work.

The co-workers of Werkse! Have taste! Under the guidance of experienced and professional chefs, they learn the trade. At the catering vocational school, employees develop important employee skills. These skills are based on the Good Employeeship quality mark of MKB Nederland (SME Netherlands). Think of collaboration, independence, and language skills. Employees learn basic skills at MBO 1 and 2 levels and can obtain their practical diploma, supplemented with accredited vocational courses.

The catering team provides all catering at the locations of Werkse!We also provide (small-scale) catering at external locations in Delft and the surrounding area. Much more is possible. Consider a (temporary) employee of Werkse! who will provide lunch at your office, or an employee who we train to eventually join an existing catering team.

Outsource catering work to Werkse! means socially responsible entrepreneurship. Not everyone succeeds in finding independent work. Werkse!
