The co-workers of Werkse! have an eye for detail. They are trained in situational awareness and risk assessment. We invest heavily in our employees. At the Supervision & Security vocational school, employees develop key employee skills. These skills are based on the Good Employeeship quality mark from MKB Nederland (SME Netherlands). These skills include collaboration, independence, and language skills. In addition to employee skills, employees learn basic skills at MBO 1 and 2 levels. All colleagues are certified security guards or are enrolled in a program to become so. Werkse! works for the municipality of Delft, offices, schools and security organizations.
