"The variety in my work keeps it challenging and interesting."
At work, Patricia receives support through one-on-one meetings with Maryse. She can discuss anything and receives advice on how to handle situations. Since working at TOPdesk, she feels she's grown a lot. This is her first job at a reception desk, so many things were new to her. "But I've gotten better at interacting with people, handling administrative tasks on the computer, and using computer programs like Word. I also took a Hospitality course, which allows me to do my job even better."
