Working & learning
Werkse! has several vocational schools where you can work, earn a salary, and learn a trade. In a safe environment, you'll practice with work assignments, earn recognized certificates, and increase your chances of a good job after school.
We'll work with you to determine what you need to build a stable future. We offer additional support with things like finances, housing, and personal development. We collaborate with other organizations to achieve this.

Which vocational school is right for you? A taster internship will help you find out what appeals to you.

Step 2Working & learning
You can get started at our vocational school. This means you will earn money immediately by working, while also studying for your practical diploma. We will also help you with any other problems you may have in your life, such as debt.

Step 3Diploma
Once you have obtained your certificates and professional skills, you will receive your own practical diploma.

With your diploma in hand, we will work with you to find a job with an employer in the region that suits you well.

Have you obtained a practical certificate, diploma, or degree? We don’t let these important milestones pass us by. We celebrate them with a festive ceremony, together with your manager, job coach, colleagues, and loved ones.
What do you learn at a vocational school?
At every vocational school, you develop important employee skills. These skills are based on the Good Employment Practices quality mark of MKB Nederland. Think of collaboration, independence, and language. We work with the Werkstap methodology for this. With work assignments from Werkstap, you can practice skills in practice at your own pace.
In addition to this foundation, every vocational school offers a range of specialized courses and training programs. These can be completed in the workplace or in the classroom. This allows you to learn in the way that suits you best.
