Based on your organization's wishes and needs, we'll create a customized proposal. This could be a resume, advice on subsidies, or a quote for outsourcing work. We'd be happy to discuss the proposal with you during a consultation.

Need staff?
We help you find the right candidate. We mediate without hassle and we don't charge any fees. There are often also advantageous arrangements for employers who hire someone through Werkse! We're happy to look into it for you. If an employee needs extra guidance during work, Werkse! with job coaching and training.

We can help you find staff in several ways. For example:
- by finding the right person and implementing appropriate arrangements;
- when you have found someone yourself, but want to use financial arrangements and services through Werkse!.
Various contracts are available, depending on the match. These include: secondment, WEP, language development placement, and development job.
What work can I outsource to Werkse!?
You can outsource a large number of tasks to us. If you need support, it's always helpful to give us a call. We'll explore the options together. What is an SROI obligation and how can I meet it?
An SROI (Social Return on Investment) obligation means that part of a contract or investment is spent on social impact, such as creating jobs for vulnerable groups. This can be met by, for example, hiring people with a need for assistance, outsourcing work to Werkse! or by collaborating with social enterprises.
