HANOS wins the Golden Crown 2025 at summer event Werkwaardig and Ander Hout receives the audience award.

During the annual Workworthy Summer Event, organised at Werkse! in Delft, the winners of the Golden Crown 2025 have been announced. This prize is awarded to organisations that are particularly committed to inclusive entrepreneurship in the region.

The professional jury prize was awarded to HANOS, the international hospitality wholesaler, The Hague-Delft branch. The jury appreciates the way in which inclusive entrepreneurship is structurally embedded in the organisation. According to the jury report, HANOS shows that social and commercial entrepreneurship can go well together. ‘Not a project, but a normal way of working!’ HR advisor Vijay Manbodh and branch manager Marc Waslander received the award on behalf of the company.

The Golden Crown was awarded by Maaike Zwart, alderman Sustainability, Work and Income and Economy in the municipality of Delft. In addition to the honour, the prize consists of a goble, a poster for the front door, a publication in the autumn issue of Delft.business and a future role in the jury of the Golden Crown 2028. In total, there were thirteen nominated organisations, of which five finalists were allowed to pitch their story to the public and the jury. The event also offered space for meeting, inspiration and exchange of experiences. The catering was provided by the labour company of Werkse!.
