For employers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), there is the Inclusiveness Technology scheme. This scheme allows employers to apply for subsidies. They can use this subsidy to buy technological tools for employees with a support demand.
This is how the scheme helps employers and employees
Thanks to technological tools, employees with a support request can do their work more easily and independently. Think of screen readers or software that converts speech into text.
The Inclusiveness Technology scheme pays a maximum of 50% of the investment in these tools. This makes the purchase of inclusive technology for SMEs more cost-effective. For example, the scheme helps companies create a more inclusive workplace. And these companies become more attractive to a larger and more diverse group of employees.
Werkse! is happy to think along with you: which technology suits your employees, how do you attract new talent and what do you need to start? On our website you will find inspiring practical examples. We would also like to talk to you. Mail to wsp@werkse.nl for a free consultation.
